Travel Agent Agreement

This Travel Agent Agreement ("Agreement") is between RoomRateCompare ("Company", "we", "us") and the travel agent ("Agent", "you") registering to use our platform.

1. Registration and Approval

By registering as an agent, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your business
• Maintain valid professional licenses as required by your jurisdiction
• Notify us of any changes to your registration information
• Submit to verification of credentials if requested
• Pay all applicable registration and subscription fees

2. Fees and Payments

Agent agrees to pay:

• Registration Fee: $25 USD (one-time, non-refundable after 14 days)
• Monthly Subscription: $10 USD per month (billed in advance)
• Free Trial: 30-day free trial for new agents

3. Agent Responsibilities

Agent agrees to:

• Respond to client inquiries promptly (within 48 hours)
• Provide accurate travel information and advice
• Handle all bookings, payments, and customer service directly with clients
• Maintain appropriate travel insurance for your business
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misrepresent qualifications or services
• Not engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices
• Resolve disputes with clients professionally

4. Independent Contractor Status

Agent is an independent contractor, not an employee of RoomRateCompare. Agent is solely responsible for:

• Taxes and social security contributions
• Business licenses and permits
• Liability insurance
• Client contracts and agreements

5. Leads and Communication

When clients submit inquiries through Agent's profile:

• Lead information is sent to Agent's registered email
• Agent is responsible for follow-up communication
• RoomRateCompare is not involved in client-agent transactions
• Agent may not resell or share lead information

6. Profile and Content

Agent grants RoomRateCompare permission to:

• Display Agent's profile, photo, and bio on our website
• Use Agent's name and logo for marketing purposes
• Feature Agent in directories and search results

7. Prohibited Conduct

Agent shall not:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Misrepresent RoomRateCompare or its services
• Use leads for purposes other than serving clients
• Harass or discriminate against clients
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Suspension and Termination

RoomRateCompare may suspend or terminate Agent's account for:

• Violation of this Agreement
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct
• Multiple client complaints
• Inactivity for 6+ months

9. Cancellation by Agent

Agent may cancel subscription at any time through dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. Registration fee is non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

RoomRateCompare is not liable for Agent's transactions with clients. Agent assumes all risks of providing travel services. Our liability is limited to fees paid by Agent.

11. Indemnification

Agent agrees to indemnify and hold RoomRateCompare harmless from any claims arising from Agent's services or breach of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Oman and the United Kingdom.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
